Introducing DigiWeb To The UK: The Latest AI-Powered Voice & Documentation Platform
The information in this blog is correct as of 10th July 2025.
To meet the growing demand for an all-in-one voice and documentation platform, Crescendo has developed DigiWeb – a reliable, flexible suite of time-saving solutions.
Crescendo is delighted to announce that DigiWeb is now available in the UK following successful launches across the USA, Canada, and France.
DigiWeb gives every user the flexibility to use the software that works best for them – tools that suit one person may slow down another. For organisations, DigiWeb means fewer software systems to manage, reduced security risks and lower overall costs.
What is DigiWeb?
DigiWeb is a cloud-based solution which incorporates Digital Dictation, Speech Recognition and AI Assisted Document Creation. Users are able to use each tool individually or mix them together for increased efficiency, all whilst maintaining consistency of documentation and workflow across the organisation.
Digital Dictation
- Record from any device
- Label dictations with key information
- Prioritise and route jobs easily
- Worklists with instant audio access
Speech Recognition
- Can be used by both Author & Typist
- 99% accuracy with AI polish
- UK Medical, Legal & Professional
- (coming soon) Fast Transcription
AI Assistant
Create pre-defined custom AI buttons to generate standardised documentation and correspondence such as letters, summaries, form completion and more. Our team can convert any existing templates you have into an AI button.
DigiWeb allows the author (person dictating) the flexibility to use as much or as little of the platform as they like.
- On a busy day they can simply dictate audio, send it to admin support, and move on to the next task.
- On another day where a more personal touch is needed, they can use the the full suite of tools to handle the task themselves.
Examples of Application:
- A secretary receives a voice file, uses speech-to-text to transcribe it then uses AI Create Letter button to generate a letter in a matter of seconds.
- A social worker with no admin support records notes and conversations securely during home visits. Upon returning to the office, they press their custom AI buttons to transcribe then generate a report, ensuring a comprehensive and accurate record while saving valuable time.
- A GP usually records an audio file with tasks and sends to secretary to process. However, when their secretary is on annual leave, the GP feels secure knowing that if anything urgent arises, they can use speech-to-text and the pre-set AI buttons to complete tasks such as Create Referral.
The need for an all-in-one solution
Digital transformation brings immense benefits, but in recent years, many professionals have seen their familiar workflows completely redesigned. Trusted software has been replaced with the latest buzz tool, and whilst they may see the benefit for others, that doesn’t mean it works for them. This mismatch between new tools and individual working styles is a common cause of frustration.
For example, a solicitor accustomed to dictating everything for a secretary to type up, now finds themselves forced to use Microsoft’s speech-to-text feature while sharing their secretary with four other solicitors.
Meanwhile, a doctor who has been successfully using medical speech recognition software has it taken away in favour of new AI scribe software that promises to save even more time. However the doctor can no longer dictate emails, navigate their EPR with voice commands and finds AI produced notes often feel generic and disconnected, making it harder to give personalised care at follow up appointments.
This resistance to change isn’t uncommon. An Emergn study conducted in summer 2024 showed that 50% of UK employees have considered leaving their jobs due to frequent and unsuccessful transformation initiatives, leading to "transformation fatigue." This is more than frustration, it’s driving people to quit. That’s why if organisations make changes, they need to genuinely support their workforce, not just tick a digital box.
